These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit www.calviro.co.za or purchase from CALVIRO. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Return and Refund policies.

1. About CALVIRO

CALVIRO is a South African online retailer of car fragrance diffusers, fragrance refills, eau de parfum and driving essentials. You can contact us at hello@calviro.co.za.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase. Information supplied at checkout must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for protecting any account login details and for activity performed through your account.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or production batch. Products, fragrances, packaging and availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or refund.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery issues arise. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout. Payment must be made using an available checkout method. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order and will contact you if the correction affects your purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, address errors or events outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact details. Full delivery information is available in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Safe product use

Use products only as instructed. Fragrance oils and perfumes must not be swallowed and should be kept away from children, pets, eyes, open flames and excessive heat. Stop using a product if irritation or leakage occurs. CALVIRO is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation or use contrary to supplied instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and information. You may not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, misuse content, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorised access.

10. Intellectual property

CALVIRO branding, product photography, copy, graphics and website content belong to CALVIRO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, courier, review and tracking services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. CALVIRO remains the seller of products purchased from this store.

12. Privacy

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable South African data-protection requirements, including POPIA where applicable.

13. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and yours to share. You give CALVIRO permission to display and use that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law. We may remove unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CALVIRO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited under South African law.

15. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when an order is accepted will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or consumer-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under South African law.
