Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your CALVIRO purchase. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below and any rights you have under South African consumer law.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

How to request a return

Email hello@calviro.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to: 558 Serene Street, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0042, South Africa.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, and include your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in line with applicable South African consumer law.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance refills, perfumes and similar consumable products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Gift cards and personalised items are also non-returnable. This does not limit your rights where an item is defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise legally returnable.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us first. Once the original item has been received and approved, we will confirm the replacement or provide the next steps. Any price difference and applicable delivery costs may be payable.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@calviro.co.za. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been packed or dispatched.
